Three Transistors. One Serious Fuzz.

The BigRockFX TRIDENT brings together two classic British circuits in one hand-built pedal: a MK1.5 Tone Bender-style fuzz, with a Rangemaster-style booster driving the front end.

The result is a raw, aggressive fuzz with extra bite, sustain and harmonic character. Roll back the PRE control for classic MK1.5-style tones, or push it forward and let the booster slam the three-transistor circuit for more gain, attack and attitude.

Each TRIDENT is built entirely by hand, one pedal at a time, using carefully selected, high-quality components and genuine NOS parts, including vintage Phillips caps and vintage transistors transistors. The circuit is hand-built with the same attention to detail as every BigRockFX pedal — no mass production, no assembly line, just proper components, careful wiring and a lot of hands-on work.

Controls are kept simple:

VOL — overall output level
FUZZ — controls the gain and saturation
PRE — adjusts the Rangemaster-style boost feeding the fuzz circuit
BIAS — a base-mounted control for fine-tuning the transistor bias and character

Finished in deep Candy Apple Red, the TRIDENT has a proper custom-shop feel to match what is inside.
